Food was fresh, although my steak was a bit under cooked, no other complaints. Service was great, never had to ask for a refill, or a new fork after plates were cleared.

We enjoyed the prix fixe menu on NYE - prime rib and filet mignon. And the dessert was the perfect sweet treat to end the meal! Service was awesome as well.

Overall good experience! Prime rib was very dry, not sure if it’s always like that or we just got a bad one so that was disappointing since that’s what we went for… other food was amazing though. also service was lacking a bit. Never even got water and waited a long time for drinks.

The food took 40 - 45 minutes We ordered the Prime Rib and it was warm at best once it was served. Was disappointed with the food ! Won't be back any time soon!

2nd visit in a row (over 6 month span) with exact same result. Waited over an hour for food once ordered each time. Manager apologized unsolicited and offered free dessert to compensate but had to leave for the game. Frustrating to have it happen twice.

Christmas Eve, a little busy. Wait was a bit long for food, but we were warned. Ordered a filet and got a new york strip. Not what was ordered. Offered a free dessert as solution. Just moved to Phoenix a few months ago, walk by the place almost daily. Wasn't all that impressed and will likely not return

Our server Miranda was great! My husband and I both had the holiday spiced pear old fashioned which was perfect. Our table of 3 had the pretzel bites - super yummy. Pretzels were soft and fresh and the fondue flavorful and creamy. Meatloaf, Prime rib french dip and Kobe burger, all delicious. Some people might say the service is a bit slow at times but I don’t like to be rushed through a dinner out so I liked the pace.

I was disappointed with my dinner tonight. My partner had the sea bass with green beans. The fish was not fileted correctly, leaving that trace of disgusting innards that should be disposed of prior to cooking. The green beans still had the ends connected, leaving three long, inedible stems. My brussels sprouts were undercooked, and too tough for their accompaniment. All in all, the meal was not worth the money we paid. We have officially taken Arrogant Butcher off our restaurant rotation.
