Gervasi Vineyard & Italian Bistro offers Northeast Ohio a memorable destination for wine lovers, diners, families, businesses and tourists. Gervasi is one of the few special places where beauty, tradition, comfort and appreciation for wine and fresh food connect. Wine varieties are among the best in Ohio. The Gervasi Italian Bistro dinner menu ingredients are seasonally hand-selected and grown by local farmers. The property, vineyard, historic farmhouse, Bistro, lake, landscapes, and Hotel for overnight accommodations are picturesque from every view. Highlights include a marketplace specialty store, event pavilion, walking paths, outdoor dining and yard game activities for relaxation and fun. We do have a community table and upstairs lounge area available for walk-ins as well, with the full menu.

Had an absolutely wonderful dinner this past Saturday at The Bistro. We arrived early and enjoyed fantastic cocktails and service at the bar before we were seated. Our server, Conner, was sweet and had a sparkling personality that really enhanced the whole experience. The food was SPECTACULAR. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Amazing ambience, drinks, wine, food, service, staff, everything.

I was so excited to try this place given the great reviews. Upon entering, the hostesses seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, and we were the only people there. The setting of the restaurant was so beautiful with natural wood and a stunning staircase. While decorated for chrisrmas, everything was glowing and so gorgeous. The beauty was the best part of dining here. Our server was friendly while at the table, but did not go above and beyond. The food was very mid (as the kids would) for the price range. We had the perogies and they were undersalted but had good flavor other wise. Our entrees were decent but not outstanding. I had the chicken Napoleon and it was the better of the two entrees. My spouse had the short rib gnocchi and was happy with it, just felt it was under seasoned. For desert, the peanut butter trifle was too sweet for my taste, like peanut butter fudge, when I expected more of a lighter mousse. The wine was really the standout here. The wine flight was a great way to try a few different ones. I liked that some options were grown on their property. All wines were flavorful and complimented the meal well. The gift shop is gorgeous and has all the wines and spirits for sale. Service in the gift shop was excellent, I wish the bistro would have followed suit. Overall, very nice ambiance and a decent meal with good wine but I'll probably look for a different option next time. It depends on your priorities. If you're a wine person, you will probably love it. If you're a foodie, it's going to be very mid.

Gervasi is our go to place every Christmas. It embodies a beautiful, warm and inviting atmosphere and we’ve never been disappointed with the food or service. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and experience this amazing treasure in Canton.
