Been here last year and the food is the same, very good...except this time I didn't find the steak as juicy. There was a large group of ladies out and they were very loud, I think the restaurant should put large groups in the back room...

Went there for winterlicious with my fiancee and two other friends. We had the lamb shank and haddock. Food was ok - we would rate it as 6/10. Service was fantastic even though the restaurant was at full capacity. It was great for visiting the first time but it didn't blow us away so wouldn't be going back that's for sure.

Nice laid back atmosphere with excellent food and good service at a reasonable price. I enjoyed the prix fixe menu and found the calamari appetizer amazing. The lamb main course was done very well and the mango cake dessert was delicious! I have been to this restaurant several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

The Boulevard Cafe is charming and warm. Vibrant colours, friendly staff, cozy but not too crowded seating. And that is just when you walk in... The food itself is excellent, reasonably priced and served attentively. Highly recommended, for lunch or dinner.

I have been many times to Boulevard Cafe, and loved it each time. Unfortunately, they were very busy this last time, and we had to wait for longer than we wanted for our table, which created a bit of a damper, however, I will be back, not only for Michael (one of the best waiters out there), but also for their food! This was just an off day, and it happens! Will look forward to coming back!

Nice atmosphere. Good for small groups to enjoy eat & chat. I tried the prefix menu ($29). Appetizer (calamary) was too salty for me, But the main and desert were excellent. I would like to return.
