   Our server, Lindsay, was wonderful with all of our food sensitivities. 3 meals were excellent but the 4th meal was not prepared as ordered but they immediately redid it at no charge & gave us a delicious dessert. The manager even checked on us which was thoughtful.

   We made reservations for a unique birthday celebration, after winning a 4-year Cancer battle. While the host team greeted us with a Happy Birthday, the information was not passed along to our waiter, who never even inquired about what we might be celebrating that evening. When he tried to charge us for our dessert and was wrapping up the bill, with no comments or well wishes, we brought it to the attention of the host and hostess. The waiter then brought us a lit candle on an empty plate and wished me a happy birthday. At that point, it was anti-climactic and insincere, and the "experience" damage was already done. Otherwise, the food was good, but nothing exceptional where we would return. It would have been a simple thing to make the customer happy in this case, but the lack of communication between the host staff and the waiter was unacceptable. Given the fact that we used Open Table to make the reservation, all the information about this being a special occasion was right there, and yet, we left disappointed. We were also unimpressed by the fact that this Oregon restaurant did not carry any non-alcoholic wines.

   What a great experience. Everything was great. The swordfish, pork and pork bellies were amazing. The clam appetizer was amazing. The marionberry cobbler ala mode was over the top excellent. Never disappointed dining here.

   We always love combing to the Brickhouse in downtown Bend! Lindsey is STELLAR. Such a pleasure. Food exceptional per usual. Filet, the chicken Marsala, the Caesar salad, cocktails, mocktails and wine - all spectacular. Thank you for another great family dinner!!

    Haven’t eaten here in year & decided to give it a try for my finances birthday. It was spectacular! We have excellent service & the best food! My steak Oscar was the best steak I’ve had in a very long time! 💫 the crème brûlée was fantastic!
