Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server was not the best....he was sitting at another table like he was a guest chatting away showing photos to those sitting with him while he ignored us and the other table in the room

    Perfection as you would expect. Family of 4 celebrating a birthday and wanted a nice, enjoyable experience which is what we got. Only negative was my filet was well done when I asked for medium which I was shocked by, but figured I probably just got someone else’s by mistake. Service by Caitlin P was outstanding!! I hate being rushed and her attentiveness and personality was awesome!

    All was great… we were seated closet to the main door and it was a cold evening .. so it was a bit drafty off and on.. that was the only problem .. otherwise very good!!!!

    Great food and our server was great - attentive and engaging. They made several adjustments for the group for a couple of "off-menu" items for the younger (teenagers) with us.
