Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Very pleasant way to celebrate a birthday! Complimentary champagne toast to start! Our waitress helped with dietary needs to ensure the best possible choices. Complimentary dessert for the birthday girl, too! Food was excellent, as always. A great choice for a special lunch.

Birthday celebration was extra special with a birthday card waiting on the table, along with impeccable service and attention to detail. Our steaks were delicious and the surprise happy birthday cake and candles finished our meal perfectly.

Lobster melted in your mouth, so fresh, and the bone-in NY strip was so tender and also melted in your mouth. Our waitress Toni made the night a fun evening with over-the-top service as well :)

What a great night. Food was incredible. Our waitress,Kyrana,was on point. ( I am sorry if I misspelled her name). Can not say enough about our experience. Highly recommended.
