Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     As always, we loved everything we ordered! The lamb chops were delicious and so were the sides of mushrooms and potatoes au gratin. Our server, Daniel, made the meal complete with his attentiveness and friendly demeanor. Capital Grille remains our favorite go to restaurant!

    Excellent service from start to finish. Our server was both knowledgeable and polite. He made good recommendations and accommodated a couple special requests. The kitchen obviously knows what they’re doing, and our food was exquisite. A highly recommended dining experience.

    Start was a bit nuts because they weren’t ready for guests arriving @ 12 noon for their reservations but front desk person was charming & apologetic. My guests had Lobster salad & I had grilled salmon & asparagus. We had bubbly and delish flourless Chocolate cake. Service by Salvadore was impeccable!

    This restaurant is classy, with delicious food (especially meats) and friendly, excellent service. We sat next to a large table that was celebrating someone's birthday, so it was noisier than it has been in the past. It's an expensive restaurant, but the food and service are worth it.
