Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I usually have wonderful service here which is expected at an establishment like this. On this occasion it took over 15 minutes just to have the waitress come to take the drink order. Then it was another 20 minutes before she took our food orders. We were celebrating my Mothers 75th birthday so I was extremely disappointed with service this visit.

    I decided to visit Capital Grille on valentine's day. The restaurant was gorgeous, and the staff was extremely friendly; however, the food was extremely disappointing. While the portions were small, this was not a huge issue as the food was quite filling. Taste was the problem, the food was not worth the value at all. The ambience of the restaurant was amazing, but if you're a 'foodie', this is not the place for you.

    The waiter did not ask us if we wanted drinks. Also, when we had our desert he did not ask us if we wanted coffee.
