   Excellent friendly staff. They bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met. We had a birthday celebration at our table. We arrived to find it tastefully decorated with a birthday card. At dessert time, a generous plated cheesecake was brought out with a candle and birthday wishes etched in chocolate on the rectangular plate and two complimentary glasses of prosecco. The menu has a wide variety of food selections and sides, portions are generous and beautifully presented, and waitstaff is always there checking on your water glasses, satisfaction with the food, and if the steak is done cooked correctly to your liking, there will do it again and get it just as you wish. You cannot ask for a better overall experience dining out.

   Great experience A++ service I will recommend this place 10x over Cava. The food was great the waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. I will recommend it especially for special occasions

   We were there on Christmas Eve to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday (on her actual bday) and the wait staff did such an amazing job. Our glasses were never empty, we never had to ask for refills. Our meals were delivered fairly quickly and the table was setup with a card and birthday confetti. Such attention to detail. The restaurant was busy, but you would have never known until around 6pm. Side note: When I was making the reservation, I was told there would be over 500 people in and out on Christmas Eve. Naturally, I was thinking the restaurant might lose its charm with all of that noise; but it never did. It was again, one of the best local dining experiences for our family!    Hostess and Alexandra our waitstaff for this evening were very cordial. They handled all our party’s requests during the evening very efficiently. The tuna and sea bass entrees were delightfully plated and cooked to everyone’s satisfaction. Excellent service throughout the entire night.

    I’ve been to this Capital Grille location many times and have always had great experience. Today, not so much. I hosted lunch for 7 people (including myself) and one of my guests had to send back to the kitchen two times her filet mignon as it was not to the doneness requested. My NY strip steak lacked seasoning, particularly salt, impacting flavor. It was also not as tender as in my past experiences and the presence of connecting tissue made it difficult to chew. I finished just about half of it. I understand that quality can sometimes vary but I thought it maybe helpful for the restaurant to know.
