Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     As always, we were treated like family and with a delicious meal. Your sea bass is better than any I’ve had and the steaks, lobster tails and sides were perfectly prepared. We also had wonderful, professional service from our friend Kevin and appreciate the desserts. Thank you and with all our best, Anne and Brian Gouin

    Chris, our waiter, was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable about the menu and made good recommendations. He was thoughtful as well…splitting our dishes for us. Overall due to Chris, the food, and the ambiance…this was a special night out.

    we go there frequently- we like it very much. unfortunately not too many nice restaurants left in Hartford. Capital Grille is certainly one of the very good ones

    My husband and had a lovely experience. It was our first time dining at the capital grille. Our waitress Jayleen was such a sweetheart. She made the experience that much better.
