Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The service was premier. The steak was delicious; perfectly grilled to medium rare. My only quibble was with the sautéed spinach. Not very sautéed; just a bunch of mostly dry spinach leaves.

One of the best steakhouses in Kansas City, always consistently good. They added some magic to our birthday celebration with a decorated table and hand-written card, and dessert tray at the end. A little touch like that goes a long way.

Melissa was an outstanding server ! Her knowledge on the menu was amazing , she was very attentive ! Our group had an amazing evening ! We were overly impressed with our server ! We will be back and request her !
