   We took our grandchildren 12and 9 and had a terrific experience! Frank was our waiter and was superb. He was professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. Chris the General Manager came to our table and provided a detailed explanation of the wall pictures in the area we were sitting. The kids were very impressed about the history behind the pictures as were we. We thank him for the extra attention! The food and other service was terrific as usual. All of the food was prepared and cooked properly. Have been to many Capital Grilles and this was the best! We have been there several times and always had great service and food! We will be back.

   I always enjoy my time at Capital Grille. The staff is always pleasant. I just had 2 minor issues during my last visit. I’ve noticed that the strict dress code is not being enforced. While I don’t believe you need to wear a suit and tie or cocktail dress to dinner, I also feel that ripped jeans and sweatsuits should not be allowed. I would really love to see restaurants start turning people away because of their attire. We need to make people more aware that appearances do matter and to get back into the habit of taking pride in your appearance. My second complaint was that I had the seared scallops with lobster risotto. The scallops were delicious and cooked perfectly however, the risotto lacked all flavor. It honestly tasted like air. This dish could easily be a 9-9.5 if there was just a little more seasoning added to the risotto…perhaps garlic or truffle.

   Capital Grille in King of Prussia is consistently outstanding. They try so hard to make it a memorable time. The food is outstanding. The service is top-of-the-line.

   Delayed seating 8pm reservation, sat at the bar to wait and ended up eating there as there was a backlog. Had a great meal and well taken care of by the bartender who had first and last name on her tag as a form of recognition. Food was excellent, period, which is why we come back, a bit pricey but we will pay for quality and service every time.

   Lunch: Always a very pleasant time. Great atmosphere and service. Food was mixed. Tuna tartare is amazing as were the steak sandwiches and burger. Sadly, the clam chowder was fishy as was the lobster salad. I would pass on these in the future. Drinks were excellent (3 cosmos and 2 greyhounds, oh and an ice tea)

    Celebrated a nice birthday dinner on a week day. Definitely a more relaxed atmosphere during the week than a typical busy weekend. Service is excellent with an appropriate balance of attentiveness and perfectly paced meal. Cocktails are fantastic with some great choices. Salads were very good. My beet salad had a little too much salt and the arugula was past peak freshness but otherwise everything was very nice. Great wine selections and steaks were excellent.
