Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Easter Brunch was not quite as advertised. Blueberry bread for table was only one piece for two of us to share. We purchased mimosas, but complementary champagne was advertised. The brunch offerings were fair. Perhaps the price should be increased to offer a better brunch experience. We were considering attending the Mother’s Day brunch before today’s experience. Now we will need to think about it. Our server, Carleigh, was outstanding! She did everything she could to make our experience a pleasant one.

    We had a lovely experience dining at the Capitol Grille. The ambiance was extraordinary and the food was very delicious. We felt special on our special occasion.

    We had a wonderful time for our friends 35 birthday. Food was excellent. Nathan was our waiter and he was fantastic.
