   We had a nice dinner with a fabulous server, Nathan. My dinner was very good however, my husband’s steak was very overcooked. We did not send it back as we wanted to eat dinner together and did not ask for anything to be done. They definitely took care of the situation to which we were very grateful!

   Our server Jared S. was hands down the best server we’ve ever had. He made me feel so special for my birthday, and my boyfriend even said he felt like it was his birthday!

   Soup and salad were great. Scallops delicious, risotto wasn’t consistently tender throughout. Steak was suppose to be medium rare and came out medium well. Service went above and beyond to make it right. No complaints on the service at all. They were amazing. Highly recommend the cheesecake.

   Wagyu & Wine pairing is my favorite event! Thick and juicy burger cooked to order with fries and a glass of good wine is the best burger, best meal in town! Jared was attentive, courteous, and know how to delight his guests. Dining at the Capital Grille is like dining with family as many servers and managers on duty greeted us by our last name! Always a pleasant dining experience!

   My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille in Memphis, and the experience was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The host staff greeted us warmly and immediately wished us a happy anniversary with big smiles. When we were seated, we found a beautifully set table with a single rose and a handwritten note acknowledging our special occasion—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. Our server, James, was incredible. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the meal. We would absolutely ask for him again on a future visit. The managers also checked in on us and ensured we felt important and valued as customers, which speaks volumes about the level of service at this restaurant. As for the food, we both ordered steak, and while my wife’s was cooked to perfection, mine was slightly overdone. When I casually mentioned it to James, he immediately checked on it and offered to make sure the center was cooked to my preference. It was a bit unexpected since you’d assume a steak would be consistent throughout, but honestly, the flavor was excellent, and I didn’t feel the need to bring it up again. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it an ideal setting for a special occasion. Overall, The Capital Grille provided an exceptional dining experience with outstanding service, great ambiance, and delicious food. We will definitely return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable night out in Memphis.

   It was our 1st time at this establishment. Our server, Jared, was awesome and made sure we understood the menu in its entirety. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

    The food was good overall, not the best we’ve had dining at this location and nothing was bad. Both of our appetizers were actually really good. Our main entree steaks were both good but not great. We had two shared sides - the mashed potatoes were great as always and the Brussels sprouts were good but a little overpowering on the sauce. The glaze itself was really tasty but soaked the Brussels sprouts. Our cheesecake for dessert was also just very basic cheesecake nothing special. And the crust was extremely hard to cut through with the spoon so we kept making really harsh sounds against the plate.
