Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had an unusually poor experience with the dinning area. The heater was broke and the AC seemed to be stuck on. It was literally frigid in the dinning area. After complaining they brought a space heater over. Everyone in this area was miserable. Unfortunately the manager came by but never apologized. This won’t stop us from going back but it could have been handled better.

    After having dinner at the Capital Grille in Naples, Florida it never fails to amaze me. from the valet, to the front desk and Vlad as the ultime server it is still a premier dining experience. During the first part of our dinner there was medical incident in the room next to us. While EMS had to move the individual into an ambulance the staff was right there to provide assistance. A restaurant should also be judged by how they handle medical emergencies, and it was outstanding.

    Fantastic as usual: Manhattan cocktail, ribeye steak, truffle fries. We did not love our table, and were moved effortlessly and graciously to the main dining room. Another great evening!

    I eat at Capital Grille often and they never disappoint. I had mentioned in the reservation that there was a birthday celebration. They really do a nice job for birthdays. They had us in a quiet, private area, they had confetti on the table and a birthday card. They provided Champagne toast for everybody complementary and a complementary happy birthday dessert tray with a candle on it to sing happy birthday. What a nice experience I was very happy.

    Capital Grille is always the perfect American Steakhouse experience. Great food and drinks, outstanding service combined with the classic ambience. Have been many times and will always come back.

    When food is returned because there is a hair on it, the establishment is in the obligation not only to apologize but to make good on the mistake! Full charge is not acceptable in a place like this!
