Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Out of all the steakhouse chains, this place remains consistent regardless of its physical location. The food is always prepared perfectly, never over seasoned and high-quality. The Service are also very accommodating. Love this place.

    Three out of four of our dinners were excellent, however one meal (bone in ribeye) was tough (it was cooked right, it just wasn’t a good piece of meat!)

    We had a terrific experience. Not unusual, as we dine here several times per year. It is always an excellent meal. Our service was outstanding and the food was great as always. There were six of us and everyone was very happy with their meal and the service. Highly recommend the Capital Grille for a special night out.

    Everything was delicious and expensive as expected. The steak with peppercorns was outstanding, and as always, the tuna was perfect. The server suggested slicing it before it was cooked, and it was better than ever.
