Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food perfect. Service perfect. Every detail is attended to. We are not meat eaters. We come to Capital because the fish and seafood is always fresh and delicious. We both had the trout. Biggest trout I ever saw. It was sectioned into 2 perfect filets. Well seasoned and flavorful. The lobster bisque is always wonderful. The banana cream pie is a mountain of flavor. Ou server was efficient and attentive. Favorite place for pre concert lunch!

    filet had a taste there famous vodka martini had lipstick on the rim otherwise the waitress did the best she could for what was given to her 🫠

    It’s typically a nice place with great food and atmosphere, guess this wasn’t our night? Two of three steaks ordered medium were overcooked & very close to well. Our table was in a high traffic area so it was loud. A customer sitting very close to my wife became inebriated, and literally fell on my wife’s back. Fortunately, she’s strong and fit so no injuries and she assisted the woman to her feet. Oh & and this was a birthday celebration. The staff was very good. Polite, friendly and hard working!
