Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We've been coming here for Thanksgiving for 10 years and it never disappoints! Everyone from the gals greeting you as you enter to Brett and Casper, not to mention our waiter. Eric, were beyond amazing! I'm never making turkey again.... Capital Grille is the ticket!

    We thoroughly enjoyed the scrumptious Thanksgiving meal. The turkey was tender, moist, and tasty. The sides were perfection, and, then, there was the yummy pumpkin cheesecake. Adrian provided excellent service. In short, we had a wonderful overall experience!

    Today was Thanksgiving - an event my wife and I look forward to. We passed our time when we worked the event for the family, and now let the kids go off to celebrate with other members. Now we look forward to a quiet and delicious meal at The Capital Grill, and this year's meal, once again was perfect.
