Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Absolutely my favorite restaurant for leisurely lunches with friends and celebratory dinners. Our server, Aimee, was outstanding anticipating or every need. We had a wonderful time.

    Another wonderful birthday lunch with my BFF! This has become an annual tradition for us. The food was outstanding and Ashlee’s service was impeccable! We so appreciate the birthday dessert as well. It’s a nice classy touch. We will be back!

    Lamb came out way under done- like raw- on the re-cook they kept the breading on it so it burnt to a crisp. Then they simply regarnished it with more breading. I tried to eat around the burned flavor but it was impossible. Didn’t see a manger and was surprised the server- who was exceptional but for that- didn’t get one when he saw I barely touched it and didn’t take it home. My wife’s sea bass was top notch and the tuna appetizer was of the highest quality.

    We celebrated our anniversary here. The staff was exceptional and attentive. Food and desert was good. Only negative that occurred was my steak was overcooked while my husbands steak was undercooked, but overall great experience

    Lovely lunch. The lobster salad and caviar chips and dip were delicious. Donna, our server, was so accommodating and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
