I have had meals at the Carlisle several times. This is the first time I was disappointed in the meal, specifically the Cesar salad was skimpy, and my salmon meal had a very small portion of potatoes and salad. The service was excellent all around. I hoped to have a better experience with the food

Food is good, not great. Service is the same. It is a good place to get a bite before a show or after a long day of shopping.

An amazing pre-show experience! I took my daughter there for the first time, and we had great food, and INCREDIBLE service. Would absolutely recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

It was our first time going before heading over to the Paramount for a show. Everything was amazing to say the least! Drinks, food, wine recommendations to pair with our food, ALL were top notch! We have been telling people we need to go there again, with or without them! :D

If I had to pick a favorite restaurant in Seattle, The Carlile Room would be it. The food is truly impeccable—creative, flavorful, and always beautifully done. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, which makes the experience even better. I actually plan my time in Seattle around their hours—they’re closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so be sure to check before you go. It’s absolutely worth the effort. A standout every time.

The team at The Carlisle Room, headed by their amazing Manager, Ben is always outstanding! The food is always great, you can order something you think you've had before or somewhere else, but the flavors are always a step above. We will continue to come here over and over.
