   Average food. All of our food had slight issues that are basic. Chicken was overcooked and had rubbery skin. Wedge potatoes under cooked. Not a bad place. But not great either and not cheap. Good service.

   It’s a “Resort” restaurant. Food was over priced & mediocre. Sara our waitress was FANTASTIC. It was our anniversary and no one said a thing to us. They even served our dessert ( gelato) in a paper container! Had to send back a steak that was under cooked only to get an over cooked one. Just go somewhere else!

   Was a very average visit. It was empty on a Sunday night. Had trouble finding the place and the hotel staff had to show us. Food was decent and service was ok.

   Sara was an excellent server. I’d give Sara more than 5 stars. Food was excellent. It was a bit loud because of children but that’s to be expected in a hotel. Lovely dinner. Beautiful grounds.

   Booked a table for night of arrival at Naples Grande. The staff was extremely friendly, we were seated in a booth by request. The decor was ok, the establishment was clean. The food itself was average. It was ok, not fantastic. My husband and I both had dishes with crab, and it tasted like it may have been from a can. Overall, the dish wasn't terrible, just not great. He enjoyed his steak which at least was a plus. Dessert was nothing special. I feel again that everything was just ok. I probably wouldn't choose this particular restaurant again, although other food within the resort was fantastic.

    We were extremely excited to come back here after a wonderful experience last year when we were in town for a conference. We hyped it up to our friends and brought them with us to eat here tonight. We were disappointed that the ribeye and bone marrow butter entree we ordered last time was no longer on the menu, but thought because it was so good that whatever we ordered this time would be delicious as well. We waited a long time before a server even came to us. We asked the server about the steak frites entree and she did not have the answers to any of our questions (“what cut of steak is it?” “What size is the steak?”). We put in our drink and appetizer orders. The espresso martini came with zero espresso in it. Our appetizers took forever to come. When a food runner brought over our entrees, she couldn’t tell us which steak was cooked to what temperature so we had to guess whose entrees were whose. The fries were not even warm. The steak was tough/chewy despite being cooked to medium rare (it was supposed to be rare), so I don’t know what type of meat it was but it was most definitely not a ribeye. Even the filets were chewy. The waitress took forever to come check on us after we received our food. She refilled our waters once. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and completely overpriced for the quality of food. Will not be returning and do not recommend at all.
