The Chase is our passion for casual elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavours is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is
sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

    First time dining at The Chase. The attitude of all staff was super friendly, respectful and very welcoming. The food was delicious. The veal was the best I have ever had. It was done to perfection. For a side we had Brussels sprouts which where equally amazing. The flavours, the slight grilling of them and a bit of the sweat honey was a perfect compliment. Will come back for sure.

    My first visit to this restaurant was a delightful experience. The cuisine was thoughtfully crafted and full of rich, balanced flavors…I enjoyed the sirloin, dessert wine as well. Coupled with a well-curated ambience, the evening was both relaxing and memorable.

    Exquisite food and an absolute treat. Highly recommend for those who appreciate quality. Main restaurant is very noisy so request table between main restaurant and bar area. Ok!

    Exceptional dining experience. Service was absolutely outstanding and exceeded expectations. Ordered the burrata and striploin steak, both beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Lovely ambiance as well.

    A class favourite. All dishes are always great. Branzino and Halibut this time were excellent. Kitchen is at the top of their game. Praises for top notch service without taking themselves too seriously. Just Perfect
