The Chase is our passion for casual elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavours is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is
sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

    Attended the restaurant ahead of my reservation to find the doors were locked and a group of other people were also waiting outside in the cold. After a few minutes atleast 15 of us were just standing outside in the cold waiting for them to open the doors. We attempted to call multiple times and no one answered the phone until one lucky man was finally able to get through. They opened the door and didn’t apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Will not be returning.

    Another outstanding experience at The Chase. Best spot for a business lunch in Toronto Financial District. Food is delicious - especially the Halibut + Black Cod and the service is always excellent.

    Our experience at The Chase exceeded our expectations. The food was exquisite and our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The Halibut was to die for and the Lobster Spaghetti was very tasty. Our server also recommend the best wines. Safe to say we were extremely satisfied. Will be returning again.

    Excellent service. One of our guests is Celiac and the waitress and kitchen made sure there was no cross contamination and all shareable dishes were gluten free. Would definitely recommend Chase.
