    The food was unique and delicious. Our server Joseph was excellent. The spruce ice cream with cranberries is delicious. The level of service surpasses everything else.

    We were not aware that the Christmas dinner was buffet; we would not have reserved. A typical and not-so-great experience except for our server, Rose, who went above and beyond and made it a bearable holiday dinner.

    The quality of food has returned to the excellence we expect from Hotel Hershey. Our server was beyond fantastic. The “five star” ambiance is gone , and it certainly missed, but the quality of food more than compensated for the loss of beauty and atmosphere. We would highly recommend the experience.

    Excellent food, very efficient waitstaff and nice ambiance with beautiful views. Only negative was the restaurant host. He was stuffy, unfriendly, and borderline rude. The nicest thing I could say about him; He wore a holiday appropriate jacket. His young assistant was very friendly and polite

    The Wagyu ribeye was amazing and cooked perfectly. Service was attentive and not overwhelming. The surprise special treat for our wedding anniversary was much appreciated. We felt valued.

    10 years ago, we had dinner with our wedding party the night of our wedding. It was a spectacular evening, superb food and a memorable and fun service staff. We've come back for every anniversary since (except for a covid closure and one other December 19 that we couldn't get a table) Mike, our original server has b "shared" each of those return visits. The Circular is a memorable Anniversary Tradition we cherish.

    Had reservations, but took 15 minutes to be seated. Restaurant was half empty. Ordered cocktails and bread service and dinner. Took an hour and 15 minutes to be served dinner. One meal was well done instead of medium. One meal was medium rare, but was served cold to the touch (meal was taken back to kitchen to be warmed up, but then we did not eat together). I was told by waiter, the kitchen has been short staffed for past 3 1/2 months. Overall lousy food for a lot of money.
