We tried the the quirky cup cafe inside the hotel congress last night and sat outdoors. It was a lovely evening to be outside. Service was good, no idea what the server's name was, but she was good. We ordered some drinks and she brought the beer before the cocktail (not such a good idea). Started with a Caesar salad, and it was good and light. Dinner was salmon and fish tacos, and both were excellent. The dessert was gluten-free chocolate cake, and that was good (too cold to serve). ' Overall the menu is ecclectic and diverse. DO NOT like the fact they want us to tip the cooks. We will be back though

We dined al fresco, with an attentive waiter and delicious food. It was early, so, pretty quiet. Bugs were not a factor. What happened to happy hour, we wondered? And our favorite desserts are gone from the list, no carrot cake or rich chocolate pudding in a cloud of yummy whipped cream, so we left early and went home for root beer floats.

We had a wonderful lunch, good service and enjoyed the patio setting. The food was good but we felt it was pricy for lunch.

Love eating here. Food is great, as is the service. Sitting by the door to outdoor dining can be drafty. They should consider a flapper door during business hours. Breakfast is great too. Try the duck stew, amazing!

The food is extremely mediocre. The menu never changes and is truly average or below and uninspired. Time to get a chef who can celebrate the space and hotel. None of us will be back until something changes.

Excellent choices, food was perfect - salmon Farro salad excellent! The New Zealand Sauvignon. Excellent. And the there is Keith - 10 stars for excellent, humorous service to an unruly crowd old enough to be his parents!!!! Don’t miss this restaurant - and ALWAYS sit outside it’s lovely!
