   The best part of the meal was the martini. The mahi-mahi was dry and a very small portion for the price, my friends pheasant was overcooked. For a 300 and something dollar dinner the value just wasn't there. The service was excellent the table was beautiful The View was spectacular but I would never go back for dinner

   We had a very weird server experience at the Edge Steakhouse. We had a group of six of us all very excited to have a great steak dinner. My boyfriend was asking the server detailed questions about the various steak options so he could make the best choice for the meal. We wound up deciding on the Porterhouse steak and we were going to share it because it was roughly 28oz. When our food came out, we were brought out a "steak" that was lighter in color. We cut into it and observed it was much lighter in color. Truthfully, we were confused and conversed with our table as we were all wondering why it was the color that it was. We then realize we were not eating a Porterhouse steak, we were eating a pork chop. We called over a gentleman nearby (possibly was the manager) and notified him we ordered a porterhouse, not a pork chop. Our server came by shortly after and we explained to her our confusion. She proceeded to tell my boyfriend that he had ordered the pork chop, not the porterhouse. This doesn't make any sense considering he was talking to her for minutes on end about STEAK! The fact that she blamed him and said that he ordered the pork chop was super unprofessional. She could have taken a gentler approach and not made him look like he mad the mistake. We are pretty confident she either was not paying attention when she put the order in, clicked on the wrong one and then decided to not take ownership over her mistake or just chock it up to "a misunderstanding" but she continued to convince him he ordered the pork chop. Overall, for the price, weird service and quality of the food as a whole, I am not sure we would go back. We have dinned in very nice steakhouses. We LOVE nice meals, but overall, the food was not memorable. Unfortunate because we were really hoping to have an amazing experience. We love the Ritz properties but The Edge Steakhouse really needs to improve their overall experience for us to return.

   BEYOND!! Our experience last night at The Edge has ruined us for any future dining!! From the greeting to the last bite of dessert, everything was beyond perfect! Scott made the experience extra special. The attention to detail, the ambiance on the patio (with blankets!), the service, and the food has set the bar so high! It will be difficult to dine out anywhere else. Thank you for a perfect evening on the “Scotio”!

   Excellent views, food and service. We visit for special occasions and are never disappointed. Their steaks are amazing.

   This was our 2nd visit to The Edge Steakhouse. The venue and view are 2nd to none. Overall, our food was pretty good. We split the 45 day dry-aged New York strip, French fries and steamed veggies. Steak was fattier than expected and the carrots were undercooked. Strangely, our waiter walked past our table several times and never asked if I wanted a refill on my empty drink. Not a big deal, but when you’re paying these prices, you expect a greater level of attention. Not sure we’ll be returning.

   This is our second time dining at the Edge. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and everything was perfect - service, food, ambiance! Andrea was our server both times and went above and beyond. She called us by name, took our picture and made excellent recommendations on menu items. We will be back!

   Beautiful setting at the Ritz-Carlton , special New Year’s Eve dinner $325 a person not including one glass of sparkling wine or champagne. We didn’t even get a party favor. 🤷‍♀️‼️ Food was below par. Amuse bouche and first course was good. Other than that, sorry to say disappointed.

    The service staff did an incredible job. Chad, our server, was personable and kind. They even added a few extra touches to our meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly delightful evening!
