   Always a delicious experience but a little off their game this visit. Very busy and woefully short staffed. Waiter was running crazy, forgot our fries and we were unable to request dressing for the salad because we couldn’t grab anyone to assist. I’ve eaten here dozens of times and I’m sure this is a rare occurrence and I won’t let this stop me from returning again. The restaurant is beautiful!

   The Lobby has excellent service. There was a slight problem that was quickly addressed and corrected which was appreciated. The food was very good. It's such a lovely space. We look forward to returning.

   We were very pleased that staff were able to accommodate us even though we were late for our reservation. Our server , Uberto, was excellent. When we ordered the club sandwich and were offered the choice of fries or a salad. We chose fries but Uberto brought us both!

   This was one of the best if not the best meal I have ever had in Chicago. The food was incredible and the service impeccable. It was worth every penny.

   Food was fabulous, light and airy atmosphere, very attentive staff, and I loved the violinist and cellist that played during my lunch :)

   I love the lobby when I want a posh, quiet place for a chill celebration or a nice conversation. Food is delicious and the service wonderful. A bit pricey but hey, it’s the Pen.

    I started going again to The Lobby since I came back from a junket trip. Have tried other venues and I keep circling back to my fave: The Lobby, for wonderful service and ambience.
