   Food was good, as always. However, service was not. Waitress splashed cheese around the pot several times, seemingly oblivious to it. And she never cleaned it as we moved to the next course. She never took away empty drinks. She was slow and generally uninterested. I would expect better service at any restaurant, but even more at a place where a meal for four costs more than $300. Utterly disappointing. Oh, and they botched a gin and tonic: gave me gin with club soda!!

   Melting Pot always out does themselves. Very accommodating. Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. The perfect spot for any celebration or just a fun night. Thank you Melting Pot team ❤️❤️❤️

   Waitress was okay. After we got our salad we felt like it took forever to get our entrees which is fine if there was a backup in the kitchen but no one let us know and our server took forever to come back. Also do not recommend having your servers automatically hit 20% I know that standard but so just checking on your tables

   Been coming here for years because we love it. This time wasn't great though...the menu changes are cumbersome. The simple favorites were difficult to order. Portion sizes have decreased tremendously, sauces included. The classic salad has different lettuce. Prices were expensive. We got our cheese before we got our drinks, after being there for 45 minutes. The price of dinner includes the experience and our experience was lacking. Our server was great. He was just overwhelmed it seemed. :(

It's useful to know you felt the portions were smaller because they actually haven't changed very much in years, but our plating *has* (for example the sauces are in narrower containers but still 2oz).     We went to the melting pot for our daughter’s 22nd birthday. The food was delicious. The service was great, and we had a lot of fun dipping and sharing our food. If you’re looking for dinner as entertainment, the Melting Pot is a great place to go.
