Overall it was a fun experience, but you could go to a very high end restaurant for the same price. The food quality was just not worth the money. I have eaten at other Melting Pots, but this one was not near as good.

Unfortunately, within 12 hours of eating there both my fiancé and I got extremely sick and had stomach distress for several and hours in the morning and overnight. We got to the restaurant at 6:30 and we didn’t end up finishing until 830 at night with the dessert course. It seems like it took a long time between courses and sir seems like things could’ve moved along a little more expeditiously

Extremely disappointing meal for what you pay. We went to the Melting Pot for my son's birthday. We have been a few times before but not for a couple of years. Pros: Our server was amazing, Very attentive and kind. Great suggestions. (She deserves to be at a better restaurant.) The cheese was ok. The chocolate was the best part of the meal. Cons: Cheese was cold at the beginning and almost burned us when we got to the bottom. The dippers were a sad testament to fine dining. Bread was dry and bland. The veggies looked old and dry. Nothing was fresh. Main Course: Steak was very chewy and clearly a poor cut. The veggies were not flavored at all and it was hard to get them thoroughly cooked. We each essentially had a few small bites of sometimes overcooked - sometimes undercooked meat and no side dish at all. Chocolate: Was everyone's favorite part of the meal. Hard to go wrong on melted chocolate. Overall: The restaurant is extremely dated and way overpriced for what you get. If you are going to pay $300 for a meal - go somewhere more exciting and where you can at least get a great meal. You couldn't pay us to go back. Note, I have never written a bad review on Open Table. When looking through the reviews, it clearly looks like there are some fake reviews that people were paid for and felt I needed to give an honest review.

My wife and I chose The Melting Pot for our first wedding anniversary, hoping for a memorable evening, and it certainly delivered. Upon entering, we were greeted by a warm and romantic setting, complete with dim lighting and soft background music, perfect for our special night. We were comfortably seated in a cozy, private booth. The menu at The Melting Pot offered us an exciting and interactive dining experience. We decided on the "4C Ultimate Romance for 2" special package and the "Big Night Out" which included a delightful spinach artichoke cheese fondue. Each course was a delight, starting with the rich, cheese fondue complemented by an array of fresh breads and vegetables. Also had great gluten free options. Our main course included a variety of meats and vegetables, making for a fun and engaging meal as we cooked them to our liking right at our table. What truly made our evening special was the exceptional service provided by our server Gillian C. She was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring everything was tailored perfectly to our needs. Gillian’s recommendations were excellent, and her timing with each course was impeccable, allowing us to savor each moment of our meal without feeling rushed. Choosing The Melting Pot for our anniversary was a fantastic decision. The combination of delicious food, a lovely ambiance, and outstanding service from Gillian made our celebration truly memorable. We highly recommend The Melting Pot for anyone looking to celebrate a significant occasion or simply in search of a wonderful dining experience. Thanks to Gillian and the team, our evening was absolutely perfect. I just wish we remembered to get the photo from them that they took of us at the beginning when we were seated.
