Ask yourself this. If the point of the melting pot is to cook your own food and enjoy the experience, why does it take 3.5hours? It shouldn’t. And if it does, it’s because this place has no idea how to staff a restaurant. If you want to spend 3 hours for probably the slowest and worst possible quality of food that you yourself will have to cook with the worst possible utensils and cooking mechanisms, then by god- this place is for you. 40 minutes before one morsel of food was in front of us. A confusing menu, a lack of attention by our wait staff, and a $400 tab for 5 people (no alcohol) and you have the recipe for a place we will NEVER return to again. Good luck!

Sasha, our server, was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, kind, efficient. The prices are ridiculous! $127 plus a $23 tip to eat for two people is ridiculous! We will never go back here at those prices!

I went to their Happy Hour with my BFF today. They have an excellent deal with the cheese and chocolate fondue at half price. The food is consistently tasty and the service is always excellent! You can count on it. I was also happy to donate to their annual St Jude's charity drive where they achieved their $10k goal tonight as well! Not only a wonderful meal but a generous restaurant as well!

We did the bigger night out 4 course meal and it was fantastic. The portions were great, everything was super fresh and our server was fantastic. Kevin made sure to check on us regularly and explained everything as he went. We really had a fantastic time and look forward to coming back soon.

We had a wonderful evening for dinner! Tish was our server and did an exceptional job taking care of us throughout the courses! She checked on us regularly to ensure our drinks were refilled and any other dippers we may have needed to finish off the cheese and chocolate! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a 5 star dining experience! P.S. I recommend the new garlic & herb quartet cheese to start and try getting the banana foster chocolate with a milk chocolate substitute!😋

Melting Pot is an occasional experience where you go to enjoy the people you are with. My husband and I enjoy this when we want to have a night out and enjoy each other without the distractions of general life. Our server was attentive without being intrusive - great job Tabb! He engaged when we asked questions but left to take care of our needs and other tables without any awkwardness. When Tabb was busy the manager stepped in to check us out and get us on our way even though we were not in a hurry. We felt like we were in our own world with some background noise - we could talk easily without having to compete with other tables.

Tad was an excellent host! He is so kind and knowledgeable about the recommendations for our meal. There was never a moment he made anything awkward or uncomfortable when we asked for more info. We enjoyed our experience at this location!
