The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Prix Fixe | 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Evening prix fixe menu ends at 10:30 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

Here's to the Plaza's storied past and limitless future to include live entertainment, grand buffet, live music, full bar and complimentary midnight toast of Roederer Cristal to ring in the New Year. Keep these four walls filled with the buzzing excitement that makes our castle on Central Park a location that continues to withstand the test of time. We will welcome guests at 9PM through 1AM. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be non-refundable. No shows will be non-refundable.

    Wonderful experience at Palm Court. Tea was very smooth. I love the ambience and carpet flooring that absorbed a lot of the sound. Food was delicious. Scones were warm and soft and melted in my mouth with the special sauces. Everything was made well and very rich and not too sweet. Service was amazing from Fabriz. Highly recommend his professional service. Thank you so much

    Afternoon Tea was a wonderful experience. All the flavors from 6 different sandwiches, 5 different sweet treats and biscotti biscuits. It ends up costing around $200 per person with 18% added gratuities.

    The Christmas tea experience is a must-do in NYC. We ordered the Eloise tea even though we are adults and paid the adult tea rate. We absolutely loved it and the food with the Eloise tea was wonderful.

    If you want to just be inside the hotel and grab a drink then just split one order of the prefix menu get a drink and go somewhere else for dinner. Waiter didn’t want to be there. Took 15 min to get water. The sandwiches and desserts were all stale. The bread was so hard you could barely night into it. I ended up not even eating. Worste $400 dinner I have ever had.
