The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Lite Fare & Cocktails | 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Lite Fare menu ends at 10:00 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

Basic snacks, so overrated. And the last touch was when we asked to pack our anniversary cake for take away and the waiter just gave us the box and a bag to the table like we should do it by our self. It’s not a 5 star hotel experience.

Service is a bit slow, afternoon tea is ok. Ambience is beautiful One of the bathroom allowed to use (hotel lobby second floor) is not working - not matching the name of the hotel

You do this for the experience and that is what it was. Would we do it again…probably not. VERY expensive!!! And service was meh. For what you pay you would expect more. Not a complaint just my honest opinion.

Our server Fariz (I think that was his name) and the rest of the staff was impeccable. Kind, warm, and attentive. My daughter Eloise (yes, that’s her name) was over the moon!
