The hostess and waiter were very nice and accommodating. Our meal was delicious! I only rated it a 4 because the decor is a little outdated and there were no flowers or table centerpieces anywhere. 5 star restaurants usually have that. But this is in the hotel and convenience and good food is a priority. Therefore,the excellent staff and food makes it a good choice even for non-hotel guests, especially when attending events at the Ohio Theater.

Not a good experience this time have had many good ones. This time when the chicken sandwich came out turned out paper was still attached to the cheese on it discovered after eating half of it also had gotten dessert chocolate lava cake. It came out and was frozen in the middle. Since Thursday night have been very sick the last two days.

Menu is very limited compared to the past. Tomato bisque was good though lukewarm. House vinegrette salad dressing is very sweet. Summer pasta Primavera had no flavor and veggies weren't fuly cooked, certainly not roasted. Inexperienced server brought our check while we were eating our salads, they hadn't brought our main dishes yet. More experienced server inquired after our meal and when we shared that it was quite tasteless had it taken off our check. Good service from those who knew their jobs. Food isn't worth coming back

Although I wish the food was a tiny bit cheaper, it was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. There were not too many other parties, and our group of groomsmen were probably the loudest bunch in the restaurant at the time. Had to wait a bit for some food to-go for my wife, but she enjoyed her choice in the hotel room as well.

It took an hour to get our food and the restaurant was mostly empty. We had reservations, so it’s not like we were unexpected. The waiter was working hard. Severely understaffed in the kitchen and on the floor.

There was an apparent understaffing. The bar tender and hostess were our servers. One entree we wanted was sold-out, the other was very good. We ordered an appetizer to replace the sold-out entree. We would go again, as the food was good and reasonably priced.

Food was not good. We have stopped many times before plays for drinks at the bar and LOVE the bartender and enjoyed the drinks we had purchased. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not what location and prices should merit. The chicken was extremely tough. I am sad that this is not a place we will return to for dinner as it's location is perfect for preshow. Our waiter was great but it appeared they were understaffed.
