We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.


Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

    Lovely neighborhood bistro. Service, drinks and food all great. Only complaint is that the prices seem very high, especially for the main courses. 39.00 for vegetable plate? 50.00 for chicken? Stick with the small plates!

    Food was amazing. Every bite had me melting on the inside and salivating for the next bite. Matt and Tina are amazing! Many compliments to the chefs and all around. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

    We had a great experience at the plimoth. WARNING: You may want to eat every appetizer on the menu, but leave room for the Cracklin Chicken! Service was amazing and we really enjoyed our experience. We will for sure be back!

    The food is amazing. We don’t go out to eat often because I love to cook. The chef really knows how to blend flavors. I can’t cook like that! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    I love a good neighborhood gem, and the plimoth is absolutely that! Small, ever changing menu with something for everyone. Great cocktails, lovely wine list, beautiful ambiance - the plimoth checks all the boxes for me.
