Nice place but the outrageous prices don’t translate to the typical steakhouse quality product. Food was nothing special. Service was good as it should be. Very noisy room. There are better options in DC.

The food was great and our server was delightful. We had some dietary restrictions and he was wonderfully kind in managing them.

Lovely restaurant with well spaced tables. Prices are high for what we ordered. Food was very tasty but not outstanding compared to other high end steak restaurants. Prime rib is a bit overrated, and was cooked medium, instead of medium rare. The potato skins were especially good. We ordered the full cut (at $137). More than enough for two. We asked to have the leftovers wrapped to take home. There was plenty of meat still on the bone. When we got to our room, we noticed the bone was not included. That is not acceptable. If there was uncertainty on the part of the staff, they should have asked. (At some level of fairness, I could have made a specific point about the bone, but in a place like this I would have expected them to just do it) My partner has had her pancreas removed and must be careful about intaking too much fat/oil. She made this known, yet they served her salad with the dressing mixed in, not on the side. We rated service at 3 stars for the reasons above. They were attentive and engaged and polite. Lastly, upon making the reservation we answered questions about food restrictions and if it was a special occasion. What is the point, if the special occasion (birthday in this instance) isn’t even recognized, or the food restrictions aren’t known to the staff? This is a long review. This was our experience. Without some of the faux pas’, the ratings would have been higher for certain.
