   From the greeter, waitress and the entertainment it was amazing. The vibe was amazing as well. I definitely will be back. I got the meatball and it was a bit spicy for me but I couldn’t help but eat it. the wedge salad was really good.

   A wonderful dinner experience steeped in desert history of the rat pack. A one of a kind place and a must see for those who appreciate the good old days. Delicious cocktails and music to write home about.

   We sat behind the bar for dinner and it was so noisy in this area of the room that listening to the stage show was not enjoyable. Parts of the performances were definitely entertaining, but we went on a Wednesday night to hear songs of the rat pack. Instead we heard songs from Doris Day, Elvis, Sonny & Cher… There were a few Frank, Dean and Sammy songs, but not nearly enough as advertised. Very disappointing. As far as the food, the sole entree one person from our party ordered was very overcooked, chewy and tasteless. I had a bite and it was some of the worst fish I’ve ever tasted. Another person in our party had the crab cakes which they also did not like. My pesto and meatballs were ok but very over-seasoned. For the quality of the food served, it was way overpriced. We’ve been to The Purple Room before and had enjoyable times, but not this night. Don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon.

   It is always a treat! Michael and friends perform stupendously while the servers deliver fantastic plates of yummy goodness!

   We just LOVE the Purple Room!! It’s a must everytime we visit PS. The food is excellent and the ambiance is superb!! You’ll feel like you’re living in the past. In a gooooood way.

   We always enjoy an evening at the Purple Room for music and food and wonderful service. We were especially well treated this time thanks to Shannon. She recalled that we would prefer a table in the main room by the stage, so when they got a last-minute cancellation, she moved us to that spot. Thank you, Shannon!

   We had such a fun time at the Purple Room. The entertainment was excellent and food and service very satisfactory. I highly recommend for a fun night out in Palm Springs!!

   We went to the Purple Room due to it's history with the Rat Pack hanging out and performing there. On Wednesdays, the entertainment is from that era. The place is small and I like that it seems like they have retained the spirit of it's history. However... The food was just okay and very expensive. The tables are crammed in to get an many people in as possible, so my husband had it back to the stage the whole time. It's not what I would have expected from a "supper club." The entertainment was just okay, but it was free. The worse part... We had a reservation, but we arrived early to enjoy happy hour. We were turned away, BECAUSE we had reservations! They limit your time in the room to 1hr and 45 minutes so you can't enjoy happy hour AND dinner. This seems backwards to me. We should be welcome to happy hour to spend more money in their establishment! I found out later that the Open Table reservation did say something about this, but it wasn't clear what it meant. I thought it meant we couldn't partake in happy hour at our table reservation. I still think it's crummy that we couldn't do both.

    We had a wonderful time at The Purple Room as we were transported back in time to the Rat Pack Era! We sat in a half circle booth and listened to wonderful music and enjoyed our chicken parmesan and short ribs! I would highly recommend going to The Purple Room when in Palm Springs!! The atmosphere was like a swanky club of the Rat Pack Era and the entertainment was phenomenal ! The service was outstanding and the entire experience left us with a good feeling. We liked the quotes on the wall from Sammy Davis Junior and we enjoyed the mood and lighting while we dined and listened to the music! We will definitely be repeat customers!
