    Our experience was not the best. The service was subpar. The chairs feel like you’re about to fall off, floors extremely slippery. The food was not good whatsoever. The Mac and cheese tastes like Trader Joe’s frozen Mac n cheese. Burger was rare. Salad was overdressed. Drinks never refilled. We will not be back and do not recommend.

    It was my birthday and I went with my family to celebrate - our waitress was great ! They even put a couple of birthday candles in my dessert 🎂🎉 The Mac n cheese was delicious and I enjoyed the chicken parm as well! Would definitely recommend visiting The Smith !

    Overall fantastic food, service, drinks & manager was present & making sure everyone was having a good time. It was packed for brunch, but our server was so accommodating & never rushed us. Only criticism is it’s a bit loud, but if you’re having fun, who cares!

    Kholman, the waiter had only one thing in mind: money. Seemingly upset when we refused entrees and desserts and was looking at the terminal when we were paying. Awkward moment as he looked mad at his 18% tips, not even a look, a smile or a thank you. Also, he carted us at the table, as we are 34-35 years old.. Thankfully the pasta were AMAZING. One of the best we’ve had!

    Das Dinner war wunderbar, sehr gute Burger und Pommes. Einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre in Midtown, man fühlt sich nicht wie in einem der vielen Touristen Hotspots. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass unsere Rechnung zweimal von der Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Wir haben das Restaurant sofort kontaktiert, dort hat man bis heute nicht reagiert. Das trübt unser Erlebnis im Restaurant natürlich im Nachhinein.

    Went to eat at almost 3pm and the only menu was a brunch menu which had mostly breakfast items. There were 4 sandwich options one of which they were sold out of. Food was very good and the place has a great vibe but not what we were expecting that late in the day.
