   Had a great early dinner, staff were all super nice and very quick to help guests. Restaurant was clean. Great cocktail/beer menu. Only note was the steak tartare came with chips that were like over seasoned, slightly stale Lays BBQ chips. Hush puppies and short rib entree were standouts!

   My wife and I went to lunch for her Birthday, and we weren’t disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted by our Server (Brandon), and the Assistant Manager (Michaela). Our food was outstanding, and the service was Master Class, all throughout the duration of our reservation. My wife and I look forward to coming back, for either Brunch or Dinner.

   Waitress was really nice even tho it took a little bit much for her to go to our table. Food came pretty fast even tho it was a busy day yesterday. Great presentation. Not a fan of the pancakes. Really good fried chicken.

   Had to wait for 20 minutes for a table. Food was excellent. We had to pour our own wine. Waiter did not listen to us about desserts, we wanted 2, but she brought one.

   One of the most FABULOUS meals we have ever had! There were 8 of us for our son's graduation from grad school and when the restaurant found out we were there for a special occasion, they immediately brought out an amazing platter of appetizers, "A Gentleman's Greet- Southern Bites" and everything was delish! They then also brought out two orders of White Chedder Hushpuppies with the most amazing buttery sweet sauce to go with them. This was all on the house! Our meals where devine- I ordered the Creole Spiced Red Fish which wasn't spicy at all but melted in your mouth, and others ordered the Buttermilk Chicken and Berkshire Porkchop, all prepared to perfection and tasty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, particularly for special occasions. Friendly staff, great service, beautiful atmosphere- eat on the covered patio if you can!

   We had a great first dinner at Southern Gentleman in Buckhead. Our server Shannon was a great guide through the menu and kept our dinner fun while being helpful. The manager Michaela was friendly and professional when we needed a redo from the bar. The ambience was lively and the food was first rate.

   Overall a good experience. I was at dinner with friends from work and with all of the hard surfaces in the restaurant it does make it a bit difficult to hold a conversation. Some simple sound deadening being added to the facility would help this. The food and service were good, not outstanding, the food could have been a little hotter and the service could have been a been faster. I'm not sure if they were understaffed due to a large party on the outdoor patio or what.

    The service was good, but the food was not that great. The flavors were bland—not authentic Southern food. The sweet tea was good, and the bread was tasty. However, the fried green tomatoes were topped with apple jam and bacon—why would they do that? The braised pork had a raw, overly meaty taste and was difficult to eat. The fried chicken was just okay, nothing special. Overall, I wouldn’t go back.
