Took our mom for her birthday. First time for our group of 5 . It was absolutely lovely it . Food and service was on par .

Great experience to catch-up, celebrate and intimate enough and still lively. The service and presentation was excellent and some food items were more fresh than others but overall pretty delicious

I feel you go here for the experience and beautiful ambiance, certainly not for the food which was mediocre at best and terrible value for the money. Service was just ok. I would have liked to have had my water glass refilled without having to ask to have it done.

Windsor arms high tea was sub-par honestly. The food didn’t taste great. It felt like it was sitting out for a while. It was not fresh. The spreads on sandwiches were flavourless and scones were like a day old. Quiche that was served was mushy. Tea itself on the other hand was amazing! Fragrant and flavourful! The service by our server Nakul was fantastic! He was great. It’s just sad that the food was not good.

Everything was wonderful until a family of 4 brought in their baby, places it in a high chair and gave it something metal to bang. Then the baby started yelling. I asked the server to please speak with the people at the table about the noise level and he said there was nothing he could do. After maybe a half hour the adults started paying attention to the child, removed it from the high hair and held it. Then things quotes down.

The Windsor Arms is a classic for afternoon tea but as the prices increase regularly the space doesn’t feel as luxe as some of the other hotels offering the same service.

No words can describe how lovely experience an experience Afternoon Tea was. The Windsor Arms staff never disappoint and helped make our anniversary celebrations so special. I also thought I lost a bracelet and the team was so helpful with trying to help me find it (I appreciated it so much). The tea was absolutely stellar and the menu was fantastic. They were also able to accommodate my husband’s dietary restrictions, so I recommend calling in advance to ask for any adjustments before your appointment (they are able to do so). Always a please and highly recommend. We are definitely coming back for the holidays as well!
