   Just as good as our last trip here. Apps were fantastic. Dinner was great. Sides were delicious. Cheesecake was the best ever.

   The bar was nice, with good cocktails and reasonable prices during happy hour. We were seated upstairs for dinner. Appetizers had a great one (Christopher’s oysters), a good one (Baked oysters) and a not good one (frozen shrimp for the shrimp cocktail). Dinner also had hits and misses. My Roquefort medallions were good, the mushrooms were horrible - overcooked with no flavor. My husband got the bone in ribeye, which was well cooked and the Brussels were delicious. Our view of it is if you’re going to charge those kinds of prices, everything needs to be on point. It wasn’t, with tip it was $300. Hits and misses don’t equate to a $300 meal in my mind. I would go back for Happy Hour at the bar and the good appetizers.

   Excellent food service and atmosphere. We were seated upstairs which we really prefer to the downstairs. My husband is gluten free and the menu had several GF options and they were clearly marked. Young friendly servers and prompt service.

   Location: On Talbot Street which is the "Main" street of St. Michaels, right in the historic and entertainment district. Less than a block from the Old Brick Inn where we were staying. Service: A shout out to our server, Mr. Chance Miller. He was the most professional, knowledgeable and attentive waiter we have enjoyed in years. The hostess who greeted us and led us to our table was also warm and welcoming. Facilities: A renovated original building, a converted home, so the restaurant is laid out in many attached rooms. We were seated in the old front room which had a fireplace with a gentle open gas flame while we were there in February, We felt is had a pleasant, romantic ambiance. Value: We had delicious beef, shrimp and grits and local oysters. Most of the entrees were in the $30-45 range, on weeknights they had a dinner special that included a side and a dessert. They had great custom cocktails and an extensive wine list with reasonable prices. Pro Tip: Advance reservations are not required but we recommend making one if possible. Because we made a reservation they held a very nice table for us in a warm spot near the fire.

   This was a birthday dinner with my daughter . Chance was our server and he was so knowledgeable; incredible attentive. We had the best experience! Thank you ! We will be back !

   Quaint restaurant. Food was mediocre. Parmesan crusted salmon very good, cooked as ordered. Hamburger overcooked and dry. Thanksgiving dinner was disappointing - pressed turkey slices.

    The food was outstanding as usual! Thank you for putting the "French Dip" back on the menu. Everyone is extremely happy about that! Staff (Audrey & Lacy) outstanding as usual!
