    Great Italian restaurant right on the water. The food was delicious. There were six of us and everybody mentioned how good their choices were. Will definitely come back!

    Toma is one of our favorite Santa Barbara restaurants. The specials are well worth trying and we finished every bite of our food. Our meals were beautifully presented and perfectly prepared with delicious sauces. Our waiter knew the menu and provided us with excellent service. We highly recommend Toma as a Santa Barbara restaurant worth checking out.

    Delicious food from start to finish! Ordered the mussels and Caesar salad for appetizers. I had the lamb chops with a small portion of rigatoni pasta and my husband and gnocchi with shrimp. Everything was so delicious. Great decision having my birthday dinner here while in Santa Barbara.

    I came here for dinner with my husband and our best friends for my 60th birthday on December 30, 2024. The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious. One of the best meals that we have had in a very long time we highly recommend this restaurant.

    We found this little gem on Trip Advisor and found it quite delightful. Our waitress was charming, the food very good, and the ambience festive and cozy. We will definitely recommend it to friends nd family traveling through the area.
