   A terrific birthday dinner for my husband and our family! There are many excellent food choices in south Naples but this one never misses! The attention to detail, ambience, and food quality doesn’t disappoint. Only drawback was the very long wait time for both our starters and main courses. We were seated at 5:30 and didn’t get our entrees until 6:45ish. Not sure the reason for the delay bc we ordered rather quickly. Not enough of an issue to keep us from returning, but something to keep in mind for those wanting a faster meal.

   Our waiter spent too much time talking with customers and not enough time getting food out. I didn’t get my Mai Tai until 25 minutes after I ordered it. Next, He never placed our original order which had to be reordered. This cost us an additional 30 minutes. Finally, I ordered a glass of wine with my meal but had to cancel it because it didn’t come until after I had finished my meal. A friendly waiter who needs to understand that his top priority is getting customers their food on a timely basis. Overall, very poor service.

   Food was good except Chicken Sandwich ( dried out ) My steak salad was great and cooked perfectly Service very slow and not very attentive

   Music way too loud and not that good. Playing Happy Birthday at other tables felt like I was at Joe’s Crab Shack. Had to practically shout to have a conversation and server was very difficult to hear. We’ve had better food there in the past. Not sure we’ll ever go there for dinner again. Disappointed.
