   Made reservations. We were seated in a bad area and the next couple behind us got seated at a window table. Took a while to get waited on. Drinks were poor quality-my wife had to send hers back. My drink was weak. They were out of some dishes. We shared a fish entree. It was small -not what I expected for macadamia nut crusted fish. Water for table was warm. We asked a waiter for some ice-it never came. Took way too long for a restaurant that wasn’t even full of people. By the time we finished they were already cleaning up And preparing for the next day. We skipped dessert just to get out of the restaurant.

   My wife and I had dinner at Tommy Bahama's in Scottsdale to celebrate Valentine's Day. We had a great time. The food was very good and our server, Alexis, was very happy, helpful, and knowledgeable!

   We had a lovely meal with friends. Unique cocktails and delicious fish entrees. Filet was undercooked, however it was quickly rectified. Outstanding service and nice ambiance. Better than expected.

   The service was friendly and prompt. The salmon was tasty, but just warm and could have been warmer. Their signature burger was cooked as ordered and delicious. This is a good standby restaurant with reasonable prices.

    While the food was and is always tasty, the service last night was falling short. First to order a drink and last to get mine vs the other three people I was dining with. The server was inattentive and seemed distracted with other parts of the restaurant. One of our party had the wrong fish brought out with the other plates, so they had to cook the right meal he ordered, so he ate his after we were already done with our meals. For the prices of going out these days and the competitive nature of the the higher end restaurants, they need top notch servers. We love Tommy Bahamas and this was our second time here at this location in less than a week.
