Walk into TORC and you might notice the music. It's rock & roll, blues, or soul, and it's undeniably on. You might notice the energy — it's high. And you'll definitely notice our bar. It's busy serving well-made cocktails and pouring rare wines we're proud to say you probably won't find anywhere else by the glass. There are no white tablecloths. No dabbing the corners of your mouth. No pomp, but lots of circumstance. And perhaps the only reason you noticed the aforementioned is because you haven't tasted our food.     We celebrated my husband’s birthday in Napa Valley and Torc came recommended by our wine tour concierge. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious! We ordered the deviled eggs and they do NOT disappoint. We shared two pasta dishes and the 48 oz porterhouse between the 4 of us. It was outstanding!!

    This was a truly amazing dinner. Service was genuinely friendly, attentive, and top notch. Each course was outstanding and we appreciated the expansive wine list with reasonably priced options by the glass. Such a cool, open and airy space, too. Can’t recommend enough. Well done, Torc.

    Upon seating our sever came right over and before taking out drink order she told us if we wanted to order any of the steaks we would have to do that immediately cause it would take 1 hour. Not sure even if you’re so busy why a steak would take an hour to cook. That was a really bad start. We ordered drinks and then before our drinks came she was asking us for our dinner selection. I had a martini and before our was even done another server was asking me if I was done while his hand was already on the glass to clean up. We were completely rushed and it ruined the whole experience. Food was amazing, but the service was so bad so we will not be back.

    The food was incredible. We have been there several times and have never been disappointed in the food or the service. Gabriel was our server and he was outstanding. I would highly recomend this resturant to everyone looking for fantastic food and service.
