Overall a great experience - they were very helpful in answering questions regarding how food is prepared, etc. First time there and definitely not our last.

We haven’t eaten at Trios for a very long time and now I am wondering why. Great food and drinks, wonderful service — everyone went above and beyond including the Manager, Rees. “B” was our waiter and he performed his duties perfectly, never obtrusive. There was a pianist but we could barely hear her over the din. It was LOUD! I read that the dress code was business casual. I know that folks don’t dress up any more and I have to admit I don’t know what business casual is but I was surprised that apparently it includes jeans, track suits and sneakers. Guess I’m just old fashioned.

I'd heard via a local Foodies group that Trio Grill was very good, and when looking over all the restaurants participating in Restaurant Week I spotted Trio , and looking at the posted menu it looked like there were several options that each my husband and I would like (Too often restaurant week is too limiting for us). We were greeted warmly upon entering by the hostess and the maitre'd, and taken to a lovely large booth far from the entrance EXACTLY as I had requested in the reservation . There was a pianist playing beautifully through the evening, the decor was understated modern luxury, the booth was so comfortable, Our server quickly arrived with both the regular and RW menus, helped us choose cocktails, which came quickly and were delicious and beautiful. There were 2 RW menus at slightly different prices and I chose from first menu, husband from second, there were a few overlaps but the higher one included several steak options; I had the iceberg wedge salad, shrimp and grits, and key lime pie; husband had a pork belly appetizer, a 16 ounce ribeye, and chocolate bombe. The warm crusty bread and soft seasoned butter were very welcomed. Everything was terrific, met or exceeded expectations. The salad was the best of its kind I've had; the shrimp were colossal and plenty, and the tasso seasoning in the shrimp and grits was perfect. My husband also loved the pork belly which was prepared perfectly, and declared the ribeye to be perfect as well, with a great sear and flavorful and tender. He had been advised by our waiter that the ribeye was served solo, so he ordered grilled asparagus too; The asparagus was also just terrific. The desserts also just delicious, unusual coconut crust on the key lime pie. Service was excellent. My only small issue is that between the upcharge for the ribeye and the need to order a separate side for it really added to the bill and I'd asked for the asparagus to be packed to go along with my shrimp and grits and they didn't .

Food and service were as great as ever. The noise level was higher than I’d like. However, the place was packed. I miss the opportunity for a cigar by the fireplace after…

My husband and I had the pleasure of dinning at Trio Grill for his Birthday, and we had an incredible experience. We were greeted by the Owner and had a nice conversation before being seated. Our server was very pleasant and attentive and gave us very good drink and meal recommendations. The food was delicious and come out fairly quickly. We got the Beef Carpaccio, French Onion soup, the Halibut Special of the night and the Scallops. Everything was perfectly prepared and the presentation was gorgeous. We ended the night with espresso and the Key Lime pie and Crème Pots, which were both were phenomenal. My husband and I had such a lovely time that we both agreed that we will be coming back, hoping for many more times.

First time visit for wife's birthday. Everything was great. Added touch was birthday card from the staff and complimentary dessert. Excellent service by "B". Hostess was also outstanding in helping us find a parking spot. Parking is the only problem there. It was Thursday and there was supposed to be Valet parking. There was none. We'll be back!

Outstanding experience. We wanted to be in a quieter part of the restaurant so we requested to be seated on the enclosed patio with heaters. It was in the 20s outside. The manager and staff were incredibly accommodating, they brought two extra heaters and ensured the fire place kept burning. The temperature and ambience were perfect. The food was outstanding, I had the prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes, along with calamari and lemon shrimp appetizers. I also had the Caesar's salad. All very delicious. The drinks were made with care. Our server, Sydney, was also outstanding, she took great care of our party of six. Top notch in all respects. I highly recommend Trio.
