   Our food was great. Our table was ready for us upon arrival of our reservation. I love that they have pretty much eliminated the use of seed oils in the restaurant. I always feel good when leaving from a meal here. Came with a big party and three were small kids- the server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

   Burger was overcooked, the bun was stale and dry and overall it did not taste like it usually does (mouthwatering and juicy). It was very dry and honestly just not good.

   I love True Food Kitchen, I live about an hour away from the Denver area, when possible I'll stop in for a lunch or dinner. The food is always delicious, the service is always spot on.

   The food choices were varied and exciting, and the food was DELICIOUS!! Decor so inviting and modern. Our server Jesse was attentive and very helpful. I would ask for him again!!

   We have eaten at True Food many times over the years and the constant price increases are really frustrating. The service was usually great, but that’s gone down too. We will be looking elsewhere for a healthy dinner spot.

   Mercy and Joe and my lunch at the bar, was perfect! thank you to Mayra and Stephanie at the host stand for making me feel so welcome. My salmon salad was perfect. Erin and her team are on point.

    It appeared to be an off night for True Foods compared to other visits. We had reservation and weren’t seated for 20 minutes after that. Upon being seated we were told the air fryer was out so multiple things on the menu weren’t an option. I had the Rosemary focaccia bread and it didn’t seem to be fully cooked and was underwhelming for the price paid.
