Authentic Cuisine, From Northern Italy to Seattle
Since its inception, Tulio has been a regular on restaurant awards lists, thanks in no small part to Chef Walter Pisano, whose cooking is inspired as much by his travels through the Old World as his Italian roots. Tulio’s dishes are simple yet sophisticated, combining rustic Italian preparations with local ingredients to create bold flavors and an unforgettable dining experience. Recognizing that our guests have different tastes and dining preferences, we proudly offer several gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes on each of our daily menus. If you have any food allergies or other special requests, please let us know.

The food was - as always - delicious. But what was particularly special was the amazing service we received from the minute we walked in the door.

Exceptional service, delicious food, in a beautiful, cozy space. We loved the sweet potato gnocchi appetizer, and every single entree exceeded expectations. Servings are generous but not over the top. We enjoyed some classics like the orecchiette with red sauce and Italian sausage, as well the unexpected: 10 year scallops, a juicy chicken with lemon risotto, and a homemade pappardelle with lamb ragú. The chocolate pot de creme and olive oil cake were the perfect finish. Easy parking at the Kimpton, nice date spot!

The dinner for the four of us was delicious. We shared the sweet potato gnocchi as an appetizer which was divine. Then ordered 2 Lamb Shank dishes, 1 Tagliatelle with mussels and I had the ravioli. We brought our own wine. Daniela our waitperson was simply the best. She was personable, knowledgeable, and patient as we took our time discussing the menu. A big thank you to her for making our evening an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I made our second trip to Tulio last weekend, and it was as amazing as our first visit a couple of years ago. We enjoyed a seafood/pasta dish and the chicken - everything was perfectly presented and prepared. Our server was extremely personable and attentive.

Kathryn was our server & was an absolute delight. She knew the menu, answered our questions, and made sure the entire experience was a pleasure. The food was extraordinary—gnocchi & lamb were out of this world—and Kathryn was always right on the spot with each course, a drink, or an anecdote. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
