Ulele (pronounced you-lay-lee) celebrates the vibrant fusion of ingredients from Florida waters and land once home to many Native Americans, including the legendary young princess Ulele.

Located on the Hillsborough River in Tampa Heights, 400 yards from the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. Indoor and outdoor waterfront dining. Lunch and dinner daily. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Featuring intricately flavored, visually appealing dishes prepared on our 10' round barbacoa grill.

Ulele operates in the lovingly re-imagined 1903 Tampa Heights Water Works building, which also includes its Ulele Spring Brewery to provide a number of craft beers on tap. Next door to Water Works Park.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the indoor dining rooms.

    This is a unique venue that you will want to put on your repeat rotation. Great selection and variety of options including gluten free. Wonderful location.. free valet parking.. food is outstanding as is the service. A little loud.. it you can still talk easily. Highly recommend!!

    BRANDON WAS AWESOME ! We got there early but the girls were able to get us a table! As I was eating I saw them constantly checking and updating empty tables so you will not have to wait long at all!

    Food and service were amazing. The patio outside was open and vibrant. Only thing is with the open tables outside in the turf area, you can’t just sit down. You have to stop at the front and check in. Even though it wasn’t crowded. Overall an amazing experience.

    We enjoyed a fun and delightful dinner last night . The waitress April was excellent and provided awesome wine recommendations. We wanted a leisurely dinner and despite a busy restaurant we were not rushed . Everything from appts to dessert was extremely well done , portions are large so beware of ordering too much ( we did 😁). Craft brew beer …wonderful

    Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. Our server Alexis was superb. There are so many fascinating things to look at you could spend an afternoon taking it all in. Even the restrooms had interesting artistic features.
