   Umi is fantastic and Josh did a great job as manager taking care of us. Price is always high, but if you want the best sushi in Atlanta, you have to pay.

   Made reservation and had to wait for additional 45 - 50 minutes to be seated. This would have been ok but they made such a major ordeal out of booking the reservation and how the time limits at the tables were strict but I still waited 50 minutes for my reserved seat. This is the second time that the check in at this establishment is the worst part of the experience. Everything else keeps me coming back. I just great my teeth through the greeting and welcome into the experience.

   I am a huge lover of UMI. I come by myself often and sit at the sushi bar or the main bar and I enjoy my experience every time. The service is always on point and so is the food. Great place for a solo date!

   We chose our favorite Atlanta restaurant - Umi - for a special New Year's Eve dinner. Umi never disappoints - the food and service was excellent, and the ambiance is always the best.

    We dined at Umi for the first time on New Year's Eve. We decided to try the MIYABI 155/guest premium chef selections: starter, sashimi plate, hot dish, assorted nigiri, and dessert (three of us had this). Excellent service! The food was delicious. I was wishing that the portions were more! Thank you for a great NYE Umi.
