Venue Restaurant & Lounge is a full-service restaurant in Lincoln, NE. We specialize in affordable quick-service lunches while presenting a fine dining chef-inspired dinner service. Join us and our Executive Chef Geoff Wendland for Lincoln's best steaks, delicious seafood, fresh salads, appetizers, pizzas and more. With desserts prepared by our Pastry Chef Linda Erhart and steaks hand-cut in-house by our butcher Jesse Laney. We also offer Catering and Event Services with a large variety of delicious items for any event from an intimate wedding reception to a glamorous business dinner. We have your event venue covered with our selection of 5 private dining rooms, as well as two downtown ballrooms with the Jasmine Room and the Scottish Rite Ballroom.

    Always a wonderful experience at the Venue. The server was fantastic as was the food. The bread is a perfect starter- please don't ever take that away!

    Had an amazing experience at the venue restaurant & lounge. Our waiter was awesome very polite helpful and attentive. The food was great and tasteful I hade the chef special cowboy ribeye with Mac and cheese and Yukon potato my other half had the menu ribeye with Yukon potato and Brussels sprouts all the food was fantastic. The noise was at an appropriate level and allowed us to talk easily at our table. We will be back again.

    The food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect. The server was good for the most part, serving skills was good, could have been friendly. It would have been nice to have a free dessert for celebrating a birthday. Overall experience was good for a special evening out. Thank you.

    It seems like they are adding more tables each year. Makes for a much louder and more crowded experience. What might be intended to be a quiet anniversary dinner turned into loud children in the booth next door.

    The server we had when we first sat down did a good job and walked us through the specials then took out Appetizer order. Then came back and informed us that our appetizer order was in but she wasn’t going to be our server. So after sometime a waiter arrived and wanted to know if we wanted anything to drink. He came after a long time and took our order. When our appetizer arrived it was not hot Then It was 45 minutes from when we arrived before we got our salads. When our food finally arrived and it wasn’t exactly what we ordered and was warm but not hot. Then it was a hassle to even get our water glasses refilled. Considering what we expected vs our experience it was disappointing to say the least. Not sure when or if we will return.

    The restaurant is fairly loud. We had lunch which was nothing great. Spinach artichoke and Brussel sprouts for app. Forgot my soup, reminded them and then told me it went to another table. Did not charge me for the soup I never received. Looking at the ratings we must have gotten an off day.
